 Bars and Night Clubs Owners urged to obtain trading permits from the Council-Eng. Luanga By Anthony Tapa Solwezi, North Western Province.                       ( Eng. B. Luanga in picture) Solwezi Municipal Council Town Clerk Eng.Bornwel  Luanga has  called on Bars and Night Clubs owners in the district to obtain permits from the local now that the sector has been partially been opened by government. In a statement issued to Solwezi FCC Radio news today by Council Assistant Public Relations Manager Esther Chirwa today Eng. Luanga says business owners are required to strictly adhere to the Public Health Guidelines, regulations and certification in order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. He adds that the permits can be obtained from the council through the department of Payment Public Health and will be valid for a month subject to renewal. Eng. Luanga has further said that public Health inspectors will be monitoring all businesses in order to ensure compliance with the Public Heal
