Commissioner General for the Intra Party Elections Munji Habeenzu has told Solwezi
FCC radio news that it has been difficulty for the party to bring its members
together following the outbreak of Covid 19.
He adds that as party they
understand there is need of supporting interventions that have been put in
place to fight the spread of Covid by the Ministry Of Health working together
with its partners.
Mr Habeenzu has also revealed
that candidates who have filed in their nominations will be scrutinized to ensure that there is
representation from all corners of the province without leaving anyone behind.
He adds that north western
province is dynamic and the committee will ensure that all those who filed in
nominations do not only come from one district or two districts only.
Mr Habeenzu has further urged
those who filed in nominations to go frater out and campaign peacefully as they
wait for the elections day to be announced.
