United Nations Resident Coordinator  Janet Rogan has urged nations to reflect on the legacy of the former UN Secretary General  DAGAMASHORT , who died in a plane crash on 18th September, 1961 near Ndola while on a mission to help bring peace to Zaire, now Democratic Republic of Congo.

During the commemoration in a speech read for her by International Labour Organization-ILO Resident Representative ALEXIO MUSINDO ,Ms Rogan   said the UN attaches great importance to honoring the memory of DAG HAMMARSKJOLD.
