Lightning Claims life of a Twenty Year Old Woman-leaving her two cousins in severe burns.

  Anthony Tapa Ikeleng'i- North Western Province.     A Twenty-year-old woman of Ikeleng'i District has died after she and her children were struck by lightning.   Matilda Mulandu and her cousins only identified as    Esther Sakayombo aged 14 and Tinnah Matiya aged 3 were in the house when they were struck by lightning during a heavy downpour.   The incident occurred on 11 October 2020, around 16hrs at Ishiwi village in Chief Nyakaseya's Chiefdom of Ikeleng'i district-North Western Province.   And North Western Province Commissioner of Police Elias Chushi has revealed that Matilda Mulandu died on the spot whilst her two cousins sustained severe burns.   Mr. Chushi says the children have been admitted to Kaleni Mission Hospital for medical treatment.   He has however, revealed that they are out of danger and in stable condition.   End////

Luanga in picture) Solwezi Municipal Council Town Clerk Eng.Bornwel  Luanga has  called on Bars and Night Clubs owners in the district to obtain permits from the local now that the sector has been partially been opened by government. In a statement issued to Solwezi FCC Radio news today by Council Assistant Public Relations Manager Esther Chirwa today Eng. Luanga says business owners are required to strictly adhere to the Public Health Guidelines, regulations and certification in order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. He says it not been easy to survive relegation but team work has been key throughout the league. In most cases dear friend,  we always wait for someone to speak highly of us or bless us.  I have reflected on this particular teaching and I have realised that there is power in self belief. Yes, for you to get to point B from point A, it takes your involvement. Now, what is this self belief? Self belief is an act of doing things or acting in a particular manner without someone else's approval. It is a personal decision made by oneself to do certain. Things. A 25 year old man of Cement area of Solwezi District has murdered his biological father for quesioning him for selling a chicken. A 66 year old man , only identified as Able Sandang'ombe of Chief Kapijipanga of Solwezi District was murdered on  Monday, June 1, 2020 around 19:00hrs by his son Kelion Sandang'ombe aged 25 of the same area. A Solwezi based  Muscian and producer Fidelis Lombe popularly known as Dj Famous  has died after committing suicide.  Fidelis Lombe was found dead on Monday 25 May in Zambia township. The incidednt was reported  by his uncle identified as  Nixion Mwanza aged 25 of the same area to the police.  Lombe aged 24, hanged himself using a computer cable in his barber shop. And North Western Province Commissioner Of police Elias Chushi has told journalists in Solwezi today that police visited the scene of crime and found the barber shop locked but it was later opened after breaking the lock  and the body was  in the hanging position. National union of public and private educators of Zambia in north western province as attributed the good performance of grade seven and nine results to teachers.
